Registration, transfer and protection of intellectual property services include:
- preparation of necessary documents for obtaining protection for intellectual property (copyright licenses, patents, utility models and industrial designs, certificates of trademarks)
- representation of clients in the sphere of intellectual property in negotiations with partners, executive bodies and in the courts.
- preparation of documents for registration of intellectual property: inventions, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks, trade names, works in the field of literature, science and technology, computer software, music and audiovisual works and rights for them .
- preparation and registration of copyrights and license agreements.
- representation of clients in the Department of Intellectual Property Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, in its Appeals Council, in the courts of general jurisdiction and commercial courts, in the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and its territorial branches.
